Audible Audio Books On Kindle

can anyone explain how this kind of ridiculous thing can happen?
I currently bought some free book from amazon kindle
and I also have ID of Audible (I think Amazon own Audible company as well
I did make ID of Audible but have never tried to buy such Audio book, but the date I got the free kindle book from Amazon, $14 was automatically paid by my credit card.
and got this email from Audible

can anyone please explain this and what steps I can take agaist this kind of unreasonable things?

This is usually caused by the consumer not paying attention to what they are doing and do NOT uncheck or check the appropriate boxes. The only way you could have been charged is if they have the information form your charge card/debit card etc. so I suspect you were not careful enough in filling out the requested info and reading EVERY single word of the terms of agreement etc. Call them Monday and cancel or email from your account online. Ask for email confirmation of your cancellation.
